Welcome to St. Peter’s! May God’s love be present with you in this place and bring you back often. Our communion bread is gluten free.
Today’s loose offering goes to the Discretionary Fund . Thank you for your ongoing generosity for those in need in our area. People are very grateful for help in dealing with financial issues in their lives.
Today we are commissioning Roger and Eunice Key to represent St. Peter’s at Castleton Hills Moravian Church on Staten Island during their clothing distribution in Aug 14-15, which served 1,772 individuals and their families in 2014. Since 2012, various members of the Key family have made three other trips to Staten Island, once to help with the clothing sort after Hurricane Sandy and then for the annual distributions in 2013 and 2014.
A memorial service for Dutchy Fannon will be held this coming Thursday, August 13th at 11AM here at St Peter’s. A reception will follow at the Fannon residence.
For August’s Village Harvest distribution, August 19, please bring cereal, oatmeal and/or grits.
