Donate a book as a reward for completing SOL’s. Children at Lafayette Upper Elementary in Fredericksburg are taking SOL’s this month. Please encourage an elementary school student with the gift of a book. The children are third, fourth, and fifth grade; chapter books for ages 8-11 or so would be great. Please leave them in the designated basked in the back pew. Thank you. Deadline, next Sunday.

We welcome Sally O’Brien of the Episcopal Church Building Fund to St. Peter’s for lunch and discussion. From 12:45PM to 1:45PM she will share her ideas and then we’ll have some time to share ideas. THIS FRIDAY, May 23
St. Peter’s has recently received a $7,000 grant from the Mustard Seed Fund of the Diocese of Virginia to re-leather the organ bellows. Including donations to date, we only have $4,930 still to go. Donations can be made to St Peter’s, with “Organ Bellows” in the memo line.
