Bread recipes   In honor of “Picnic on the Beach” the “Bread Retreat” later in the month, we are collecting bread recipes at churchsp.org/addrecipes, or through email to Catherine.  Handwritten recipes are also fine.  They will be published online to be shared.

 

The Thirteen, the Renaissance and Baroque vocal group will be at St. Peter’s, Oct 22, 7pm.  The concert will be free but we need donations to help cover the costs.  Please join St Asaph’s, Historic Port Royal, and several individual donors in supporting this concert and hopefully, other concerts to come.  Categories are Well Wishers, up to $99, Friends, up to $499, and Benefactors, $500 or more.  You can make a donation by dropping it in the offering plate or mailing it to St Peter’s.  Note “Music Fund” on the memo line.  At churchsp.org/thirteenmusic2, the weekly music series will look at the “Motet.”

“So he told them this parable: "Which one of you, having a hundred sheep and losing one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one that is lost until he finds it? When he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders and rejoices. Luke 15:3-5


Or what woman having ten silver coins, if she loses one of them, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search carefully until she finds it? –Luke 15:8
