Nancy and Crystal sing duet "On a Hill Far Away"

About 37 braved the temperatures as Rev. Noe spent his second week at St. Peter’s. Terri reported that the choir was "awesome" today with a number of familiar hymns. We also heard a duet between Nancy and Crystal "On a Hill Far Away" from Levas.

After suffering through a heat wave bringing triple digit temperatures to Port Royal, we are thankful and relieved to worship in a church with air conditioning! There was also one newcomer, a new employee at Union First that is a friend of Terri.

Despite this heat wave, Bill Henderson replaced our Episcopal Church sign along Route 301. The old sign had stood there since 1957. After two Sundays off, Catherine will be back at St. Peter’s for Morning Prayer on the 31st. You can find the Sunday readings here and also the Bulletin. Thanks to Terri Harrison for help with the pictures and descriptions.
