->Ingredients

1-cup Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose gluten free flour (bean flour no yeast)

½ cup finely milled Almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder (reduced sodium/aluminum free)

1 teaspoon Xanathan gum

¼ teaspoon sea salt

¼ cup spring water

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup pure honey

->Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl

2. Measure wet ingredients and then mix to dry ingredients. The mixture will be soft and needs to be shaped by hand. Use ¼ cup measure for each host.

3. Sprinkle flour on wax paper. Before forming each host, rub olive oil on hands. Then form a ball. Place the ball on floured wax paper to form the host.

4. Use a wet knife to cut a cross on each host (before baking). Use parchment paper on cookie sheet for baking . Cool on wire rack and wrap tightly and store in zip lock bag.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
