Welcome to St. Peter’s! May God’s love be present with you in this place. The communion bread is gluten free. All who seek a closer relationship with God are welcome at God’s table.

Jesus’ Baptism. The first Sunday after Epiphany is the day on the church’s calendar each year that we celebrate Jesus’ baptism by John the Baptist, remember our own baptisms and renew our baptismal vows.

The loose offering today will go to Catherine’s discretionary fund to help people in need in this area.

January Food Village Harvest Food Distribution Next Sunday, please bring paper towels and toilet paper for the distribution. On Wednesday, January 20th at 2PM, all are welcome to help prepare the bags for distribution.

Vestry nominationsThe congregational meeting this year will take place next Sunday, January 17th. Current Vestry members are taking nominees for the two Vestry seats. Please make sure the person you would like to nominate is willing to run before you nominate.

The reports for the congregational meeting will be online later in the week. An email will be sent when they are available.

Looking ahead : Bishop Gulick will be at St Peter’s on Sunday, February 14th, and the service that day will take place at 2PM. Please let Catherine know if you would like to be received into the Episcopal Church or baptized.
