Welcome to St Peter’s!  Our hope is that you will find God’s love present with you in this place and that you will return here often to worship.

Enriching Our Worship is a resource provided by the Standing Liturgical Commission to the Church through the General Convention  to provide additional resources for worshipping communities.  We are using Eucharistc Prayer 2 from EOW today because of its emphasis  on God as Creator, echoing today’s Old Testament reading in which God creates the heavens and the earth, and the spirit of God blows over the face of the waters.  In this Eucharistic prayer,we pray for God to “Breathe your Spirit over the whole earth and make us your new creation…”

Today’s loose offering goes to the discretionary fund.

Christian Ed classes for both children and adults meet at 10AM in the Parish House.  The curriculum is “Living the Good News” for both children and adults and is based on the Lectionary.  You can join the discussion at any time and not feel “behind”.

Please remember to bring non-perishable food items for the Food Pantry.

Happy Birthday Betty Kunstmann (Jan. 9th), Marilyn Newman (Jan. 11th),  Terri Harrison (Jan. 12th), Chris Fisher (Jan. 14th)
