Building Use Policy (March, 2011)

Use of St Peter’s Episcopal Church Facilities

Worship services, meetings, social events, and fundraisers take place at St Peter’s, requiring the use of our church building, our parish hall, and our grounds.

The use of St Peter’s facilities is governed by the Priest and Vestry who approve the schedule for services, religious studies, social events and fundraisers.  (No political events)

If money is collected at the event in order to raise funds, the Vestry will approve the event prior to the scheduled date. 

Please complete the “Request of Building Use” form.  This form is also available on the website, www.churchsp.org, and return to the Junior Warden.    

Groups that use the facility for repeated events should complete one form for the calendar year.
