Here is their description - "So for this season of Lent, we invite you on a journey of discipline that asks you to both “take up” and “give up.” We will take up the practice of cooking and teach you new ways to create healthy, filling and tasty foods that feed both our bodies and our spirits. But we will also ask you to give up some of the more common ingredients and cooking practices that make our foods less healthy than they should be.
