Altar Guild

This dedicated group prepares the church for all worship services. They maintain the linens, arrange flowers, refill candles, polish the brass, and keep the church tidy before and after all services. They are responsible for setting up the Altar before each service and clearing it afterwards. The Altar Guild schedule, which provides for different persons on monthly rotations, is coordinated by the Episcopal Church Women’s group who also orders the appropriate supplies necessary for all services during the year and teaches new guild members when the need arises. The Altar Guild also has the support of numerous volunteers who supply extra hands for special services.
