Adult Education - 2011-2012

During the 2010-2011 program year, Adult Education covered the following topics:

1. Marcus Borg's "Embracing an Adult Faith" and Dietrich Bonhoeffer's selections Life Together   (September, October, 2011)

2.  What it Means to be an Episcopalian (November, 2011)

3.  Advent - Prayer   (December, 2011)

4.  1st Isaiah  (January, February, 2011)

5.  Hidden Power of the Gospels (March, 2011- June, 2011

For 2011-2012, Adult Education will be using a new curriculum beginning September 4. The curriculum is "Living the Good News " is a lectionary study for both youth and adults. It is available for seven age-levels (from nursery through adult), each published three seasons of the church year (fall, winter, spring), allowing all ages in the church to study the same Biblical passages each week
